Boilerplate you can lift without rewriting, the facts checked, the logos in the right formats, and a person who answers the phone. If something you need is not here, ask and we will send it the same day.
BlueArc Technologies is an Australian software company building AI automation that will not act without your approval.
Lift this if you only have room for one sentence. It is the same on every page of this site, in our schema, and in every pitch we send.
Three lengths, approved as written and ready to use as they stand.
BlueArc Technologies is an Australian software company. Its AI automation runs whole business workflows end to end, and stops for a person's approval before anything is invoiced, shipped or lodged.
BlueArc Technologies is an Australian software company founded in Sydney in 2025. It builds AI automation for the industries larger platforms have left to adapt: construction, product compliance, heavy vehicle fleets, maintenance and wholesale. The software reads the messy inputs a business already receives, prepares the work, and proposes the next step. A person approves every decision that matters, and every action leaves a receipt.
BlueArc Technologies is an Australian software company founded in Sydney in 2025 by Norris Jajjo, after two decades in enterprise technology and cybersecurity across Australia and New Zealand. BlueArc builds AI orchestrated automation for the industries larger platforms have left behind. Its software reads the orders, dockets, data sheets and bank feeds a business already receives, sequences the decisions those documents imply, and prepares the work end to end. It then stops. Nothing is invoiced, shipped or lodged until a person approves it, and every approved action leaves a receipt an auditor can read.
Six products are live across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, hosted in the Sydney region.
Most automation is sold on how much it can do without you. BlueArc is built the other way around. The software takes on the whole sequence, the reading, the matching, the calculating, the drafting and the chasing, then stops at the one point where judgement is actually required and asks a person to approve.
We call it the Green Light Method: propose, check, green light, act, receipt. The same five steps in every product, which is why the audit trail is a by-product of how the software works rather than a feature bolted on afterwards. Read the Green Light Method
Each one runs a whole workflow end to end, from the first messy input to a finished, reconciled outcome.
Prove a product compliant in minutes, and keep watch as standards change.
Every job and every dollar under control, from the first quote to the final claim.
The daily heavy vehicle check, done right, online or off, gloves on.
Maintenance, inspections and compliance for safety critical equipment.
From an order that arrives by message to a payment that is reconciled.
Know where you stand at work, privately. Nothing leaves the device.
AI is a brilliant apprentice and a dangerous boss.

That career shaped the belief the company is built on: capable software should ask before it acts. The AI does the tedious work, a person signs off every decision that matters, and everything leaves a receipt. Read the BlueArc manifesto
"It's saving me 15 to 20 hours a week on LBC (Living Building Challenge) building product compliance."
Milly King · Materials Coordinator, Leser Build
The Living Building Challenge is a sustainability certification programme for the built environment, run by the International Living Future Institute. Its Red List names the chemicals the Institute considers worst in class for human health and the environment. Building products are screened against that list before they go into a project, and that screening is the work BlueArc Compliance does. Given with Milly King's consent, and she is available for interview.
Take any of them. We will put you in front of the people who can talk about them properly.
Workers Rights Navigator helps a worker understand where they stand at work, in fourteen languages, running on their own device. It holds no employee data and sends nothing anywhere. An employer, union or not for profit provides it and carries the cost, so the worker pays nothing. It flags time limits such as the twenty one day window and offers a draft letter the worker sends themselves, so they reach proper advice while it still counts.
Inside BlueArc Compliance the AI does the reading: it takes a safety data sheet and pulls out the fields. The compliance position itself is calculated by deterministic rules, so the same inputs always produce the same result. That split is the whole trick. The AI removes the hours, the rules make the answer hold up under audit.
Milly King, Materials Coordinator at Leser Build, saves 15 to 20 hours a week on building product compliance. Consent given, and she is available for interview. It is the only customer figure we publish, because it is the one we can stand behind.
Offline first, gloves on, exception based rather than a wall of green ticks. Fleet Precheck is in research preview, running daily checks on real fleets while we refine it, and there is a genuine story in what a heavy vehicle check looks like when the software is built for the yard rather than the office.

A real person answers. If you are on deadline, put that in the subject line and you will hear back the same day.
Want to see the software running rather than read about it? We will walk you through a live product on a real workflow, and you can record it.
If you want to write about what the software actually does rather than what we say about it, we will walk you through a live product on a real workflow. No sales pitch, no obligation, and you can record it.
