Getting Started with BlueArc

Guide · Overview · 2 July 2026 · by BlueArc Technologies

BlueArc builds practical, AI assisted software for the operators that bigger platforms overlook. There are seven products. Each one runs a whole trade end to end, from the first messy input to the final reconciled outcome, and a person stays in control of every decision. This guide explains the idea behind BlueArc, helps you choose the product that fits your world, sums up all seven in a paragraph each, and walks through what onboarding actually looks like.

The BlueArc idea

Most business software makes you do the tidying up. It waits for clean data, neat forms and structured records, then leaves the mess of real work to you. BlueArc starts from the mess. Orders arrive as messages, quotes live in spreadsheets, dockets ride around in utes and standards change without warning. Our software reads that mess as it actually arrives and turns it into structured work you can act on.

Three ideas hold the whole suite together.

Human in control

The AI reads inputs and proposes the work. It never acts on its own. Every suggestion sits in a review queue until a person confirms it. Nothing invoices itself, nothing ships itself and nothing lodges itself. You get the speed of automation with the judgement of a person on every decision that matters.

One product per trade

We do not sell one generic platform stretched across every industry. Each product is built for a single trade and runs it from end to end. That means the words, the workflow and the rules already match how you work, so there is far less to configure and far less to unlearn.

Your time back

The point of all of this is simple. The books reconcile, the checks get logged, the quotes go out the same day they are asked for, and the evenings belong to you again. Your Time Back. Your Business Forward.

How to choose the right product

Start with the trade you are in and the outcome you need most.

  • You run a business or an accounting firm and want the books to stay in step. Look at BlueArc Accounting.
  • You make or sell products and need to prove them compliant and keep watch as standards change. Look at BlueArc Compliance.
  • You build things and want every job and every dollar under control from quote to closeout. Look at BlueArc Construction.
  • You run heavy vehicles and need the daily check done right, online or off. Look at Fleet Precheck.
  • You maintain safety critical equipment across several asset classes. Look at BlueArc MMS.
  • You take orders by message and need them turned into deliveries and reconciled payments. Look at WholesaleHub.
  • You want to help people understand their situation at work, privately. Look at Workers Rights Navigator.

Many operators use more than one. A builder pairs Construction with Compliance. A distributor pairs WholesaleHub with Accounting. An equipment services business pairs MMS with Fleet Precheck. Each product stands on its own, and each carries the same standard.

The seven products

BlueArc Accounting (AU · NZ · SG) gives a business and its accounting firm one shared set of books that is never out of step. The business ledger and the firm view stay in sync, so both sides always see the same numbers. Firms get a cockpit and a portfolio review queue, a BAS review queue, plus AML and bulk lodgement, with payroll and tax localised across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

BlueArc Compliance lets you prove a product compliant in minutes and then watch as standards change. Capture a safety data sheet three ways, then verify it. A deterministic VOC engine and CAS checks do the technical work, standards watch keeps monitoring in the background, supplier follow ups chase the gaps, and Red List and standards screening flag anything that needs attention.

BlueArc Construction keeps every job and every dollar under control, from the first quote to closeout. It brings smart quoting and a live cost position together, adds a site diary, SWMS and offline capture on site, runs a three way bill match on what you are billed, and moves work through clear stage gates so nothing slips.

Fleet Precheck (research preview) makes the daily heavy vehicle check something drivers will actually do. Barcode identity confirms the vehicle, an NHVR aligned checklist guides the walk around, and the whole thing is offline first and glove friendly. An exception based hub surfaces only what needs attention, and every check becomes an audit ready record.

BlueArc MMS handles maintenance, inspections and compliance for safety critical equipment across twelve asset classes on one register. A nightly compliance watch and preventive maintenance keep you ahead, branded certificates come out ready to send, and a two way Xero sync keeps the money side aligned. You manage exceptions, not calendars.

WholesaleHub takes an order that arrives by message all the way to a reconciled payment. AI order capture reads WhatsApp, email and photos, customer pricing and delivery carry proof of delivery through to the drop, eInvoicing sends compliant invoices, and 61 built in reports give you the numbers without the spreadsheet work.

Workers Rights Navigator (AU · NZ · SG · 14 languages) helps a person know where they stand at work, privately, with nothing leaving the device. It covers 11 workplace situations, gives a plain language assessment and a draft letter, and flags time limits such as the 21 day window. It works offline, rolls out simply to a custom URL, and holds no employee data.

How onboarding works

BlueArc is designed to go live in days, not months. The steps are the same across the suite.

Connect what you already use

You do not rip anything out to start. You connect the tools and channels you already work in, such as your accounting file, your messaging channels or your email. The AI begins reading real inputs from day one.

Confirm the first proposals

As inputs arrive, the AI proposes structured work and places it in a review queue. Your people confirm the first batch. This is where the system learns your patterns and where your team gets comfortable that a person is always the one who decides.

Go live and see the proof

Once the queue is flowing and confirmations feel routine, you are live. From there every action carries evidence behind it, an audit trail, a proof of delivery or a reconciled payment, so when an auditor, a bank or a customer asks, the answer is one click away.

Security, privacy and localisation

BlueArc is Australian hosted in the Sydney region, and our practices are ISO 27001 and SOC 2 aligned. Products are built for our markets, with the right tax, payroll and compliance rules for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore where relevant. Workers Rights Navigator goes further and holds no employee data at all, with assessments running on the device.

Next step

The fastest way to see whether BlueArc fits your trade is to watch it read your own kind of mess. Book a demo and we will walk you through the product that suits you, with your inputs, at your pace.
